Isurus are an original and progressive metal band based out of London, UK.
The band is formed of four members; Braun Amore (Vocals), David Bonney (Guitar), Thomas Drew (Drums) and Daniele Gravina (Bass).
Formed in 2007, Isurus released their debut album ‘Telos’ in 2011 and then ’Logocharya’ in 2015. The third album is in progress.
Artistically, Isurus have one overarching aim; to express themselves as succinctly and meaningfully as possible.
The resulting music could be described as complex, avant garde and progressive; making use of odd time signatures and poly-rhythmical phrasing underlined with simple and brooding melodies.
